Die Instrumente:

Das Mammutheum Siegsdorf  stellt aus seinem umfangreichen Archiv für das Konzert folgende Streich Instrumente zur Verfügung:

Der Kiever Kammerakademie werden die Alten Meister zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Orchester hat eine Einspielzeit von einer Woche. Die Wahl der Instrumente ist freiwillig und nur sinnvoll wenn die Musiker damit klar kommen. Die Instrumente sind nach dem tonalen Niveau und nicht nur nach  großen Namen ausgewählt worden.

Die Instrumente welche von Bredow gebaut hat, also auch Archaika die ungewöhnliche Violine die nur mit Steinzeitlichen Werkzeugen entstanden ist, werden in einem kleinen Vorprogramm vorgestellt, da sich alt und neu nur mit langen Einspielzeiten vermischen lässt.

Daher war es Prof. Benninghoffs Wunsch alt und neu zu trennen. Wir sind alle sehr gespannt auf das Ergebnis.

The Kiever Kammerakademie will present the old masters placed at their liberty.
The orchestra has one short week to practice with these instruments. The selection of the instruments is on a voluntary basis and is only rational if the musician is able to master the particular instrument at hand. The instruments have been chosen for their tonal nouveau, not just because of the great names behind them.
 
The instruments made by von Bredow ( even Archaika, the extraordinary violin made soley with the aid of stone age tools) will be presented in a  separate, short preview, because old and new instruments played together need much too long a practice time in order to be congruent. Therefore, Professor Benninghoff has elected to divide the old and the new. We are very excited what the results will be!
